Pretty, summery Gorjuss
Good morning! What a glorious day today! Hoobie and I will be popping down the beach later to have a nice relax after a very busy week but first I thought I should blog for you all. Being the beginning of the month there are lots of new blog challenges to enter so I created a Gorjuss card inspired by the fabulous weather to enter several challenges with.
I wanted a really fresh, summery look so I used the neutral Gorjuss papers and various pinks I found from several Papermania capsule collections. The sentiment is from the Papermania Hampstead range, I got this this a set of clear stamps in last months mystery caddy from Creativity Club. There was some really great useful products in the caddy, I was really impressed, look out for the next one over on the Docrafts website.
To add to the feminine look for this card I punched some holes with the X cut hole punch and threaded some pretty sheer ribbon through. All the die-cut flowers were inked in pink and I added an array of stamped flowers that can be seen through the aperture. The card is finished of with some pearl gems and a little lick of iridescent glitter glue to add a touch is summery sparkle.
I am entering this make in the following challenges….. http://docraftsblog.blogspot.co.uk/2013/07/crafty-challenge-anything-goes.html
