The Class of 2015/2016

Hi crafty friends, I hope you’re all having a great week. I’m really excited by my post today as it gives you all a chance to win some brand new WOW! goodies!

Today I am part of a blog hop featuring the 2015 WOW! Design Team and this year’s team too. The theme is anything goes and here’s what I created…

The background of this card is the Tropical stamp from WOW! which I’ve embossed in Opaque White embossing powder and water coloured in pink.

The butterfly is from the Mariposa stamp set which I’ve stamped on vellum and embossed with Gold Pearl powder. I’ve coloured the underside with ProMarkers.

The sentiment is from the Everyday Sentiments stamp set which I’ve stamped on vellum and embossed with Ebony powder. I hope you like it!

Soooo…..who would like to win some WOW! goodies?

It’s simple, all you need to do is take a look at all the blogs in the blog hop list and leave comments on their posts before midnight on Saturday 30th April. Three lucky winners will be chosen from the comments left and each one will receive a set of brand new WOW! products including stamps, powders and moulds.

Here’s the list…enjoy!

A Spot of Gardening

Good morning crafty friends, I hope you had a lovely weekend. I had a weekend off so I’m refreshed and ready for a busy week.

I’ve got some makes to share that featured in the April issue of Papercraft Inspirations…

This set of gardening birthday cards feature the First Edition Gardening Dies from Trimcraft.

I created four cards, two for female recipients and two for male recipients.

I’ve added machine stitching and distressed the edges of the papers for extra texture.

The June issue of Papercraft Inspirations is available now and the First Edition Gardening Dies are available in your nearest Trimcraft stockist.

Have a great day!

Makes For Making Cards

Good morning crafty friends, I hope you’ve all had a good week. I can’t believe it’s Friday already, I’ve no idea where this week has gone. I’m looking forward to having a rare weekend off!

As the new issue of Making Cards is out today I’m going to share my makes that featured in the April issue…

These cards are made using the Docrafts Country Life range.

These linen look papers are really gorgeous!

This second range showcase the new XCut Cut & Emboss Folders from Docrafts.

I’m loving these folders, they’re so easy to use and are so clever! Simply run through your die-cutting machine and they cut and emboss in one go.

All these ranges are now available from your latest Docrafts stockist. The May issue of Making Cards magazine is out now.

Enjoy your weekend!

This Weekends Makes

Good morning crafty friends, how can it be Monday already? I could do with another day off! I hope you all enjoyed your weekend. I had a lovely Docrafts demonstration at the Market Gallery in Southampton. They’re a lovely bunch there and it was great to see my regular ladies. Here are some makes from the day…

I finally got to play with the new XCut Cut & Emboss Folders, I think they’re going to be popular.

I added some die-cut eggs and leaves to some Country Life imagery and papers.

This is a simple Capsule Geometric Mocha card with an XCut Mini Die Sentiment.

All these goodies are available at your local Docrafts stockist.

Have a great day everyone!

Get Well Soon

Hi crafty friends, it’s a bit of a miserable day here on the Isle of Wight, I hope it’s a bit better where you are! My week isn’t too manic so I thought I would share some more cards while I have the time. These get well cards were featured in issue 150 of Papercraft Inspirations.

This shaker card features the gorgeous papers from the Butterfly Dreams Card Compendium from Docrafts.

This umbrella was made using a die-cut circle cut in half and shaped.

The sentiment die on this card is from Marianne Collectables.

This cute umbrella is from the Come Rain or Shine die from Memory Box.

The dies for these cards were from a wonderful place called Crafts U Love. They have an extensive selection of everything crafty, check them out here.

I best get crafting, enjoy your day!

Good morning crafty friends, I hope you’re all well. I can’t believe it’s April already! Things in Krafti world are very  busy which I’m really thankful for. I have double Docrafts demonstrations this weekend and have lots of prep to do. Before I get started let me share my first makes for Quick Cards magazine.

These cards feature in issue 150 and the cute stamps are Little Critters from Lili of the Valley.

Each card also features a hoop die from Neat & Tangled.

The papers can be found online from Hip Hip Horay.
