Tell The Bees!

Hi crafty friends, have you had a productive week? I’ve managed to get loads done this week so I can enjoy a weekend off, yay!

Before I crack on today I have a fabulous new range to share with you from Craft Consortium called Tell The Bees…..

Hand illustrated by Katy Hackney this beautiful range is perfect for your Spring and Summer crafting.

There’s a 12 x 12″ Premium Paper Pack which features 40 double sided papers in a range of finishes including foiled and linen effect.

There are some beautiful hand drawn stamps, linen ribbon and for a touch of sparkle some twinkly sequins. Fabulous!

This range will be available very soon and you can check it out here.

Have a wonderful weekend,

Love From Gorjuss

Good morning crafty friends, I’m on a roll this week, I have another card to share with you.

This is something a little romantic from my favourite girl Gorjuss….

This is made using on if the fabulous  Santoro Gorjuss dies from docrafts, this one is The Ladybird.

I’ve kept the rest of the design simple and used traditional Valentine’s colours and a touch of doodling.

Her pretty shaker balloon is filled with fine black glitter and punched hearts.
Yay, it’s nearly the weekend!

Have a great one,

A Touch of Spring

Good morning crafty friends, I hope you’re all had a good week so far. Mine has been a little frustrating which often happens in this crazy industry, but hey, I’m not going to let it get me down, there are plenty of other opportunities out there!

So, before I disappear to my office I wanted to share some shaped cards that featured in a magazine back in December….

These cards were great fun to make, I used the Pink Paislee Cedar Lane collection. I love the beautiful colours and subtle touch of sparkle.

These would be perfect for Mother’s Day. The template and instructions are in Issue 160 of Quick Cards Made Easy should you wish to have a go.

Onwards and upwards!

Valentine’s Take-away

Good morning crafty friends, I hope you’re all well. It’s been a hectic few days in Krafti world and I thought I would share a recent magazine make before I crack on today!

This was featured in the February issue of Papercraft Inspirations….

I loved making this noodle box, it’s stuffed full of paper fortune cookies. Each cookie has a romantic message inside.

The double sided papers and vellum used are from the Crate Paper Kiss Kiss range, available from Crafts U Love.

Should you wish to make one of these for your loved one then full instructions and templates can be found in issue 161 of Papercraft Inspirations.

Have a great day,

Recent Demo Makes

Good morning crafty friends, I hope you’ve had a productive week. I haven’t got any docrafts demonstrations this weekend so I’m enjoying an extra cuppa in bed and some pug cuddles!

I have some cards to share that I made at my demo at The Range in Southampton last weekend….

This card is a mix of the XCut Family Tree Die with papers and sentiment from  the Tales From Willson Wood range.

This cute card was made with the XCut Butterfly Frame Cut & Emboss Folder. The cute bunny decoupage is part of the cover gift from January’s Creativity magazine.

Finally, I used the XCut Cottage Window Cut & Emboss Folder mixed with a little bit of my favourite girl Gorjuss.

Pop to your latest docrafts stockist to see all the latest ranges.

Enjoy your weekend,

Love You WOW!

Hello crafty friends, I hope all is well in your crafty worlds! It’s always fun taking part in a blog hop and especially a WOW! one as the products are so fabulous!

There’s nothing better than Mr Postman turning up with a huge parcel of WOW! goodies. The latest products, including Sparkles are amazing!

For the blog hop I’ve created this simple card…..

I kept everything simple to show off the sparkle and shine of the latest glitters and powders. It’s difficult to see the true sparkle in a photograph but they really are dazzling! The new products can be found on the WOW! Website

The border was created with Jade Sparkles and the large hearts are from the Hearts and Twine Stamp Set with Sweet Cheeks powder (what a brilliant name). The smaller heart is embossed with Emerald City glitter…being a huge fan of The Wizard of Oz this is possibly the best named powder ever!

The tiny hearts are from the J’adore Stamp and the sentiment is from the Big Words Stamp Set. It’s embossed with Oasis regular powder. To find your local stockist have a look here.
